Parmesan roasted acorn squash

Last night, I sliced up an acorn squash, sprinkled parmesan cheese, thyme and some olive oil on it and baked it for a half hour (according to this Real Simple recipe http://bit.ly/p4lMw2).
It was so good and fairly healthy too. A great fall side dish and quite inexpensive. I already had the parmesan cheese, thyme and olive oil and the acorn squash was $1.50. Can't beat that!
