Red Steakhouse is incredible

If you haven't had the opportunity to eat dinner at Red Steakhouse in Vermillion, S.D., you should give it a try.
I've got nothing against Sioux City eateries, and share plenty of my weekly check with them, but Red is a great restaurant in the Siouxland area, and is worth checking out.
Everyone in our group also had a steak (it's a steakhouse), and finished with the Creme Brule, which also is worthy of mention.
My wife and I celebrated our anniversary there recently and I thought I'd share a couple pictures from our visit, including one of my favorite appetizer - the ahi tuna.
Here they are - first the lobster tail.
 And the ahi tuna. This one is an appetizer, and could suffice as a meal for lunch.
