Simple dip

Last night, with fresh bread, I made a roasted garlic, olive oil and balsamic vinegar dip for friends. It. Was. Fantastic. I borrowed the idea, OK stole, from Johnny Carino's Italian restaurant in Sioux Falls.
I don't feel like a true 'foodie' very often - namely because I am not accomplished in the kitchen - but simple wonderful tasting things like this are great!
